About Dr. Jay Crosby
Dr. Jay Crosby is a seasoned educator and athletics coach with over twenty-five years of experience working with middle and high school boys. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College, a Master of Education from Manhattanville College, and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern California. Jay has been teaching and coaching at independent schools for more than 25 years.​

Beyond his academic achievements, Jay is a facilitator with the Parent Support Network, a peer-to-peer network for families and caregivers of youth with mental and behavioral health issues. His dedication to youth development and well-being drives the mission of ThriveBridge, making him a trusted mentor and guide for young men.

Jay is a middle school history teacher and grade dean living with his wife and three boys in Greenwich, CT.
